CBSE RUN FOR UNITY

With reference to Circular No Acad-92/2024, dated 26th October 2024, the birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the architect of national integration of independent India, is observed as Rashtriya Ekta Divas (National Unity Day)on 31st October every year.

Students participated in Oath taking ceremony which cites that the National Unity Day “will provide an opportunity to re-affirm the inherent strength and resilience of our nation to withstand the actual and potential threats to the unity, integrity and security of our country.”

On October 31, an event called ‘Run for Unity’ was also held to spread awareness about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s contribution to Indian history. In remembrance of this, Students mark the day with a runs for unity. Students are encouraged to remember the inherent strength and resilience of the nation
