Independence Day Celebration

The 78th Independence Day of India was celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm in Assisi Convent School Noida. The chief guest “Mrs. Sarita Bhatnagar” our Hindi teacher hoisted the national flag and motivated the students with her pearls of wisdom. The school band sang a medley of patriotic songs and the dancers enthralled the audience with their graceful performance. Skit on the forgotten heroes of India highlighted their struggle and reminded the students about their responsibilities towards the nation. The programme ended with the national anthem which was sung in Unison.
